Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. Please give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Of course we know life happens and there are things out of our control we just ask you to be courteous when booking or changing appointments!
Repeat cancellations may require leaving a deposit for booking future appointments.
Is it better if my hair is dirty for my appointment?
​
This is a myth...first and second day hair are great but excessive oil or product build up in your hair can prohibit the hair color from working effectively.
What if i don't love my hair?
​
It's so important to me that you are happy and feel like you got exactly what you were hoping for! But of course sometimes we don't get it right, if that ever happens i would love the opportunity to alter it to make sure you're in love! Reach out within 7 days of your appointment via text or email so we can get you back in to make some changes!
Due to the nature of this business refunds aren't given on services rendered.
